INFORMATION WE COLLECT: When you contact us or request information, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message contents — through our website contact form, consultation booking (Calendly), event registration (Eventbrite), or booking enquiry forms. When you subscribe to the Playbook download or The Riviera Brief newsletter, we collect your email address (via our email provider, Kit); you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. When you complete the Private Client Atelier questionnaire, we collect the details you provide so we can prepare your personal property brief; this information is used solely for advisory purposes and is never sold. Our website host automatically collects standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and uses cookies, as described in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. HOW WE USE IT: to respond to your enquiries and provide advisory services; to send the Playbook, newsletter, and event information you signed up for; to prepare your property brief and consultation; to improve our website. We do not sell your personal information. SERVICE PROVIDERS: GoDaddy (hosting), Kit (email), Calendly (scheduling), Eventbrite (event registration), FormSubmit (form delivery); some process data outside Canada.
